Delete your Footpal account
You can delete your Footpal account at any time. Deleting it removes the account, every player profile on it, and all their progress.
From the app
- Open Footpal and sign in.
- Tap Profile, then Settings.
- Scroll down to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted on every device, and you’re signed out.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, send an e-mail from the address you use to sign in to Footpal, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the request comes from the account’s owner, delete the account, and confirm by e-mail within one month.

If you have a Max subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your store’s subscription settings, so you’re not charged again.
What is deleted
- Your account: first name, e-mail address and sign-in details.
- Every player profile on the account, with its avatar, items, points, coins, league results, friends and training history.
- Your notification subscription and usage data linked to the account.
What we keep, and for how long
Deletion from our systems happens straight away. Copies in our backups are removed when those backups expire. Crash reports never carry your name, e-mail or account, so they don’t identify you.
